Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping options:

• Flat Rate (AB/BC): $12.99 – 2 to 5 business days
• Free Shipping: Orders over $99+ within 10km of the store 
• Local Delivery: Sherwood Park & Edmonton – $5, same/next day delivery
• In-store Pickup: Free (ready within 2 hours during business hours)

Carrier Partners:
Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS.

Age Verification:

You must be 18+ to purchase. Proof of age may be required upon delivery. Orders without proper age verification may be canceled.

Shipping Restrictions:

Due to provincial laws, we only ship within Alberta and British Columbia at this time. We do not ship to Quebec or internationally.
